I love your product, but I am still receiving ssl submissions. The only link I have sent out or published uses the http link not the https link, but the submissions are still counting against my tally. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. However, the only way you're getting SSL submissions is if you mistakenly gave out HTTPS links to your form-submitters. I would recommend for you to clone your current form and then disable it after, then give out the link of the Non-Secure link of the new form that was created.
I have checked that there is already a Submission reset made for your account before and this can only be done once per account. Also, please be advised that form submission count resets every first day of the month.
