Account saying it need to ugrade even though I am on Professional

    Hi Jotform team this is urgent please I do not seem to be getting submissions and the account is saying I need to upgrade but we are already in a professional plan with 100, 000 submissions please urgently advise on this and please check to see if there is any issue with us receiving submissions!?     Hi talberst,

    I am seeing that you renewed your subscription to our Professional plan (INT150527-3079-47470S) on June 27th. Your Premium monthly subscription (S-66F59175NM758701X) was still active and also renew on June 27th and your account was place back to our Premium subscription.

    I have set your account status to Professional, as such all of your forms are currently active.

    Your Premium subscription will be canceled and refunded, as this has to be done manually, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
