Order form won't accept canadian postal codes

    I have a number of customers from Canada who tell me my order form will NOT accept canadian postal codes....

    Can you please describe where in the form http://www.jotform.com/51675692996981 the end-users were having issue with Canadian Postal codes?

    I see full address field on the form, but as far as I know the postal code is manual entry and should not prevent the end-user in inputting Canadian postal codes.
