    Free Plan

Asked by David Harthman  on June 28, 2015 at 06:22 PM

On the Free Plan, you have 100 submissions, but then you indicate 10 SSL, 10 receive payment.  Are you saying as long as it's NOT going to a SSL site or it's NOT taking payments (not sure how you would do), you are allowed 100 submissions to your email?

Also, I noticed that when you select a field, you could edit the field (meaning, select name, I could change it to list your name), is that correct?

    Hi David,

    Thanks for contacting us.

Yes, you are correct. SSL submissions can only be counted when you use the  secure URL of your form (https://www.jotform.com or https://secure.jotform.com). While Payment Submission can only be counted if you have used any Payment tool (receive payment using our Payment tool).

For your second question (Also, I noticed that when you select a field, you could edit the field (meaning, select name, I could change it to list your name), is that correct?), if I understand it correctly you are referring to the label of the fields in the Form Builder. If so, yes, you can edit the label of the field and other properties of the field as needed.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
