I am trying to set it where when there is a submission on a form that two email address get notified. I searched for the result and did what it said but it will not work. I separated with a comma and used a space. It just tells me it was sent to my default email.

After taking a look at your form email history, I see that you have been using the Test Email button to test your Email Notifications. Please note that the Test Email button will always send an email only to your default account email address, and only to that one, regardless of what recipients are set in your notifications. This was implemented to prevent spam and abuse of our system.

I believe that you have correctly set it up to Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients, but the only way to test is to make an actual submission.
