I would like to reactivate my account.

    Is there any way to reactivate this account?  The link doesn’t offer possibility.

    I checked your account and it currently shows as "Premium" so your subscription is indeed active.  If you have already updated your payment information you should be all set.  Our system is set to check your billing information again on June 25th.  If your payment processor is still unable to find a valid form of payment, you will be notified then.  As far as I can tell though, you should be all set.

    You have to login to your registered account with username: Scalabeverst. Then process the upgrade by going to http://www.jotform.com/upgrade.

    You have this form, http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51333880064351 and I've moved it to your registered account from the guest one.
