I just found out all my form are disabled. new or old. how can I fix it?

    Hi,

    Our phishing system has noticed that you are using Chinese language on the English Jotform. What does this mean? This means that you should create a jotform in the English language and then translate it to the Chinese and set Chinese as default.

    In addition, you have two empty form ("Title Me"). You can delete them.

    I have activated your account at this time, but you will need to follow these steps or your account will get disabled again soon.

    To help you further, here's the guide on how to make your form multilingual: http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual. You need to first set your form into "English" then setup another language which is Chinese then translate it using the guide I shared.
