Hi! We have created this form http://form.jotform.me/form/51774343663460. We have a condition to only show the PPC section, which is encompassed between two Form Collapse field, when PPC is selected in the Services Subscribed to. However, the section is still showing even if the option is not selected. Your kind assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Warm regards,

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

It's actually working, but you should not add a page break inside the form collapse. When doing so, the rest of the fields after the page break will be treated as a new section in the form which is not part of the first collapse.

Lastly, you should remove the HIDE condition for PPC because the SHOW condition will automatically hide the section by default:

I've cloned your form and made the above changes, here's the link: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51793233740960.

    Thanks

Hi again! How do we get rid of those extra Next and Back buttons while keeping the page breaks? Thanks.

    Warm regards,

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

There's no extra next and back button in the form. If you won't select the item in the checkbox such as SEO and SSM, two page break section will appear in the form without any fields in it.

If you want to, you can just use the form collapse to create a section in the form instead of a page break. Then show each section based on the conditional logic. So, one page form.

    Thanks
