How i can switch my plan to free? Can you switch my plan?

Hi,

In order for you to downgrade your account follow these steps

Click on your account Settings:

Go the BILLING section . It will show you what is your current plan, so in order to downgrade to the Free Plan , click on the Free Starter Section and click on swith plan

Then click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

I do these steps, but my account is premium. How long my plan will be switched?

Hi,

When i checked your accout, it'll be at "2015-06-30"

Rewiaca, I can see that you Premium Monthly subscription (INT150529-6885-31338S) has been successfully cancelled, and you should no longer be charged.

As our colleague Ibrahim has said, your Premium subscription will expire on 2015-06-30.
