Free Plan - is it only 10 donation payments?

I am a little confused about the Free Plan. Is it 10 or 100 donations that can be accepted per month? What exactly is the "100 submissions" referring to and what is the "10 receive payments" referring to?

Hi,

Free accounts are allowed up to 100 regular submissions or 10 payment/SSL based submissions.  Regular submissions are any submissions that do not have payment processing or SSL based transmissions of data.  The 100 regular submissions with be data only and the form must not be embedded or linked using the HTTPS link.  If you need to collect donations, which would be classified as payments, you would only be able to receive up to 10 per month with a Free account.  However, with a Premium account, you would be able to receive up to 1,000 donations per month.
