We are getting ready for our event, and I would like to send one mass email to all submitted users. Is there any way that I can do it all at once within the jot form website, or do I have to do it one by one?

Since you have already collected the email address, you would need to collect them from the submission data first. The best way to do this would probably be to download your submission data in Excel format, then copy the data from the email column to get all the addresses. You could then setup a mass email based off those addresses.
For future campaigns though, I would recommend setting up an integration with MailChimp:
This will allow you to automatically collect the email addresses for the express purpose of sending mass emails to the list of collected addresses.
