I am unable to preview my form.

    I wrote previously about this issue (ticket number 1435174937) and was advised that I had already exceeded the allowed storage limits for the Free account.  I upgraded my account AND cleared out all previous submissions to zero.  I STILL am unable to access the preview, and therefore use your site successfully.  We are scheduled to go live tomorrow.  Please help.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check your form #31065727729157 and found that it is currently disabled. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to go ahead and enable your form. That should solve your problem. The following guide should help you how to change the status of form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form
