Unable to save changes made on newly created forms.

    I created a new form and saved. Went back later to edit and it does not accept changes.  I save the form with the changes but when I open again, I'm looking at the original form.  How do I get it to save changes to an existing form?

    We would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Could you, please, try to check if changes are made and saved by looking at the Revision History Tool available in every form on MyForm page? Also, you can try to Clear your browser's cache, it's possible that it loads the previous state of your form before the changes were made. What browser were you using when you saved your form and it failed? If it's possible to switch to a different browser then, make some changes on your form and save it, to test if the issue persist in other browser's too.
