I changed my email on the account and now my forms are not showing up

    Last sunday I changed the email on the account and no I can not log in and see all my forms. I just see three forms that are old and before I paid for an account with you. I need to know how to get access to all my forms now.

    We would like to apologize for the inconvenience. May we just know the username of the account you are pertaining to which you cannot log-in? Also, what is the previous and new email address on that account? We would like to check if it was properly changed. We would, also, like to know if you received any email regarding the changes you have made last Sunday? Please do get back to us and we will be glad to help you further.
