integration with Salesforce

I just started using this integration:

SalesForce Integration by JotForm

Send form data to SalesForce CRM Industry: Business Category: CRM Integrations Platform: Web App

Can this Integration create both new lead and new contact in Salesforce.
I can only figure out how to create a new lead.

Also, I need all of the web form data from my JotForm to be created in Salesforce.  Is it possible?
