Hi,

I checked your account and you are over your limits for SSL based submissions.  Though we allow for up to 100 regular submissions per month for Free accounts, we limit SSL and payment submissions to 10.

I see someone has already helped you with changing to regular submissions in this thread:

So I won't explain how to do so.  Since it is the end of the month anyway, I went ahead and reset your SSL limits and reactivated your forms.

If you would like to have us check any pages to make sure the embedded forms are using regular submissions, just let us know their URL's and we will be happy to have a look.
