If I understand correctly, sub-users are given access to forms from the primary user. Is there an option to have multiple users that create and manage their own forms?

Say, for example, you are the Primary Account and you have invited someone as your Sub User using his email address, that person will receive an email regarding your invitation. He will be asked to create an account (especially if the email address is not used to create a JotForm account before). When he created an account out from that invitation, his account will be treated as a Sub-User Account of you account that has no capability to create and manage his own forms. His MyForms page will look like this:

However, on the other hand, if you have invited someone(using his email address) as your Sub-User and he already has an existing account and he no longer need to create an account in response to your invitation, he will still have the capability to create his own forms and even share it with the Primary account by dragging it to the Primary Account's folder in the MyForms page.

His MyForms page will look like this:

I hope this helps. Should you need any further assistance and/or clarification, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will be glad to help you. Thank you.
