Why doesn't the analytics feature work on my account?

    Hello, we are in the highest paid plan - why can't we see the analytics features like average time on form, etc.?

    On MyForms page, you will be able to see Form Analytics available in each form that you have.

    Once you've clicked Form Analytics from the drop-down you will be redirected to the Form Analytics page of that particular form.
