Fillable PDF version distorted and overlappingAsked by JosephineStewart on June 29, 2015 at 11:53 PM
The Fillable PDF version that's generated looks terrible as the headings throughout the form are coming across as they are shown on the website but the rest is adjusted. Some headings overlap the question underneath/below it. What can I do to prevent this from happening?

I'm having the same issue as this user when converting web forms to the fillable PDF form. Lots of overlapping text and fields...
@lehaycaa I have taken a look at your form, and i am unable to see the problem in your form. Can you provide the link to form were you are experiencing issues so we can try to help you.
@josephineStewart, @lehaycaa Are you sure the form is prepared the right way. On the page of Fillable PDF form creator, there is a note saying that you have to use Acrobat Reader to submit your PDF form.
If you used some other program it could have created a problem on form generating.
Please let me know if this helps.
Here is the link to the JotForm. https://form.jotform.com/60605250910950 It’s not the submission that’s the problem, it’s when I go to convert the JotForm into a PDF, the attached is what I get. The text and fields overlap each other on some of the questions. I did not use another program to convert the form into a PDF. I clicked on the JotForm, and from the “More” dropdown, I selected “Create PDF Form”.
