Submit button on mobile device won't work

    my jotforms has two order forms. Both submit buttons seem to be the same.

    This works fine on the desktop version.

    when I press SUBMIT from the mobile site on one of the order forms, the form does not submit and instead jumps back up to the required fields section.

    Please help as I can't change it and customers can't order.

    I have tested your forms on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and I was able to submit both forms. I got redirected to thank you page. Did you resolve your problem?

    Also when I inspected your website I saw that there is no required fields on your forms. 

    Did you remove required fields? On which mobile device you where not able to submit your form?

    Thanks for having a look, I am still having trouble with the submit button on the Lunch Order form - it is not taking me to the Thankyou Page, instead going back to the start of the list (pick up location field)

    I will change the required fields (this should have been in place) and try again.

    Was trying on an iPhone 6.

    Hi,

    I've tested your website, and it seems like it is related on how you  embed your form in your website. 

    May we know you you built your website? Are you using a website builder tool? It seems like you wrapped the iFrame embed form in an iFrame.

    You could try using a different embed code, if by default your website builder wraps it in an iFrame, then you could try using the default embed code of the form instead.
