I am having a real problem with the forms sending data to me

Hi there - can you please let me know, ASAP, how I can fix the forms - or the code I am pasting into my website - that will actually make it so that the forms I have created will send the data my site visitors and buyers of my services and events are entering will come to me?

Looking at it - I did everything right but I'm not getting ANY data and that's horrible.

Perhaps it's a conflict with the theme I'm using on my site or something? http://syncsummit.com

According to our logs, your notifications are indeed going through to the address "mark@e3llc.com":

Check your spam/junk mail folders to make sure they are not being filtered there.  If they are not, they might be being filtered by your mail service all together.  If that is the case, you may need to whitelist our servers with your provider.  This guide contains those addresses:
