I realized I didn't set up everything correctly to get my PayPal payments. I set the submissions to complete yesterday. This morning, I changed the IPN on my paypal to enable them. I then went to the IPN history and there are is absolutely nothing in the history. I just need to know how I can get these submissions complete and get paid.

Here's how to properly set your IPN settings in your Paypal Account: http://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal.
But you've made the changes after the submission is completed so that particular payment will not be logged into the IPN History. If you have set the IPN correctly, new payments should be log there. If not, please let us know so we can investigate further.
