Configurable Widget Showing different sign

    I have the words Chemical & Solvents in my drop down it is set up correctly in the widget but when the form opens it now shows Chemical & Solvents

    I have inspected your form and saw mentioned problem. 

    Can you please try to replace "&" sign with "&" inside of your configurable list settings.

    I have cloned your form and in my cloned form I have change only first "&" sign on both configurable list. Here is my cloned form where I changed "&" sign with "&":
