shows my account is a free one, but i paid

    i signed up and paid for the $10/month plan, but when i am logged on it says i am a free client. i am concerned that it will block my submissions and payments after that alloted for the free account.

    also, when i click on account settings, i get an error page.

    Can you forward us the email you received when you upgraded to Premium? I couldn't find a payment with your username or email address. Thanks.

    what email address do i send it to?

    i have my paypal receipt, which is tied to another email account. maybe that's why you didn't activate it.

    other email address is phyllisgrover@yahoo.com.
