You can't have a textbox field as a dropdown option. A workaround is to add a separate textbox field, then create a show/hide condition that if the dropdown is equal to "other", show the textbox field.

You actually have the correct setup with one exception.  You have the field set to be hidden:

Since the field is only shown when the "OTHER" option is selected, you do not need to manually hide the field.  Doing so will cause it not to appear in the form, even if it is conditionally shown.

Click on the "Other "Brand"" field, then click to "Show Field" and your condition should work properly.
