    what is difference between embed and source code?

    they seem to be the same... ?  when do you use each one?

    do we have access to the html at all?

    They are the same i think.

    If you want to accsess the form files ( html, js, css) try clicking embeded options

    and then source there you will find you can even download the files and edit them.
