Can we have the form redirect on submit based on the checkbox options selected?

Asked by markcarlock on June 30, 2015 at 02:41 PM

Is it possible to link multiple form by a check box?  For instance if I have a check box/buttons and depending on what is chosen it goes to another form?  I know I can hide the form then the form populates based on selection but I would like to have it open up a whole new form.

    Yes, you can do that.

Just like the option to show and hide some fields, we can change the Form conditions to redirect our users to a different form as well after the submission.

I would suggest checking out the following guide: Configuring Change Thank You URL after submission condition to see how to set it all up, but we are here if you happen to have any questions along the way, so feel free to ask if so :)

Thank you.  If my form is embedded in our website and it redirects the the 2nd form is there a way to keep it embedded or does it have to go the the URL page?

If you use the custom URL option to redirect your users, the URL will open in the same tab in a new page.  However, if you embed your form using the iFrame method:

Then use a custom thank you messageL

And place a link to your second form in the thank you message, it will open the new form, when they click the URL, in the the same frame.  Other than that, I do not believe it is possible to open the second form in the same page.
