    Does the form has the customer log in option where they can sign in and store personal data (name, email, credit card details, booking information)? If not would you recommend any third party applications that can be integrated with your form?

    What task management application can be used together with the form to manage the tasks across the team?

    Does form allow to check against variables (in my case to check if there are  free service provider for this date) and only then allow to book the service for this specific date? If not could it be implemented via third party app?

    Will the form allow to send specific notifications to different people (based on the customers input)? For example, if job requires a car I want a notification to be sent to people who drives.

    Hi,

    There is no ability to log into our forms prior to filling them out.  Since our forms are used for data collection only, there is no way to referenced a database for things such as validating usernames and passwords.  It is actually against our terms of use to have username and password fields in your forms.  This, unfortunately would not be possible.

    What task management application can be used together with the form to manage the tasks across the team?

    You can share your forms with other people as sub-users:

    Though we do not have this functionality exclusively, there are a couple possible solutions that may work for you in this thread:

    Both options discussed there require manual updating of the form when new dates need to be entered.

    You can setup a single email notification, then have it send to specific addresses depending on selection made in your form.
