Brand new to the forum and new to the site!
I was wondering if there was a way of dynamically having the excel/csv file sent to my desktop everytime a new record is added from the online form?
In other words, instead of having to manually go to "My Forms"/"Submissions" and click export to excel or csv etc. could there be a way of having it done behind-the-scenes saved to MY DESKTOP everytime a new record is created?

It is possible to do that using Reports. On "My Forms" page, select your form and then click on "Reports" button. Then create an Excel button.
Now, you will be given a URL. You can bookmark it or turn it into a Desktop icon. When you click on that link you will always get the latest version of the Excel file.
