How do I cancel my account? I am no longer using the jotforms.

    I checked your jotform account/username ToddMatthews  

    and noted that you had it already cancelled.

    You will not be billed further and the paid subscription will not renew anymore.

    Please take note that it will only remains at PREMIUM up to until the date of its subscription expiration which will be on 

    User is scheduled to downgrade.
    Date: 2015-07-31 
    Reason: CANCEL

    The account will then automatically downgrade to FREE plan after the expiration date.
