Create a menu on the form?

    Por favor, gostaria de saber se é possível criar "menu" nos formulários, conforme exemplo abaixo:

    I'm not sure how the menu items work for the form. But, I assume you are setting up your form into multiple pages, then you want your user to navigate similar with a menu tab? If that's the case, you can use the "Form Tabs" widget.

    Let us know if that works.
