Why Am I getting a "form over quota" message?

It also says "This form has exceeded its allocated quota."

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

    Thank you for your help.

Upon checking your website, I see there are two forms linked on the payment images that you have. They are also associated with the account username c3training.

When you are near your account limits, you will receive an email about it. When you finally reached any of the limits, your account will temporarily be disabled. If you reached your submission limits you will see an "Form Over Quota" message, please check the pricing page here. For "Free" accounts, you are allowed to have 100 regular submissions, 10 SSL submissions and 10 payments received, all are counted per month. If you reached any of those, your forms will be disabled. If you wish to continue using your forms, you need to upgrade to a higher plan OR you can wait for the counters to reset which happens every 1st day of the month.

Do let us know if you need further assistance on this.
