I am new to Jotform and was wondering if there is a feature to upload an existing document and be able to fill out the information fields

and also do an E signature? Any help would be much appreciated!

At the present we do not have the mentioned feature available, you can however build a form and export it to a fill-able PDF which you can use to collect the information, the drawback of this will be the e-signature wont work on the PDF file.
