I am unable to use the theme or design options when I am making a form. Each time I click on them, it will stay on an orange "loading" page. I have tried from 3 different browsers as well as trying PC vs MAC and nothing works.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Me and my colleague are both able to reproduce the issue with the Designer not opening. There seem to be some issues with the Form Designer on jotformeu.com domain. I have forwarded this to our developers so that they can take a closer look into what seems to be the problem, and what we can do to fix this.
Thank you very much for letting us know of the problem so soon. We will let you know through this thread if we have any specific news regarding this issue.

Is there any update on the solution to this issue? I have tested it again and it is still not resolved.
Thank you for your help!

I can see that this bug has been assigned to one of our developers, and it is marked with urgent priority.
As a temporary workaround until our developers manage to resolve the issue, may I suggest that you please try using our main website for logging in and editing your forms:
This is because the issue seems to be localized on our jotformeu.com domain, and our regular jotform.com domain should not be affected. Thank you.

Thank you for your response. I tried using the www.jotform.com site and I am still getting an error. It seems like the buttons for design and template do not work when I click them. If it does submit the request, I get the error listed below. This error is why we started using the www.jotformeu.com site. I used it from both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and still the same.

I am sorry for the issue. It seems like you are using Internet Explorer 7. Have you tried using a recent version of Chrome/Firefox to access our jotform.com domain? I would also recommend to please try clearing your browser cache as well.
If you are unable to use the jotform.com domain as a workaround, I'm afraid that we will have to wait for our developers to fix the Designer on the jotformeu.com domain or provide other alternatives.
We will let you know as soon as we have any news.

I was actually using Google Chrome in the screenshot above. We have tried Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox and are still unable to use any of the tools.
I need access to our forms and editing tools by the end of this week - do you know an ETA on when we will receive a solution?

I see that the issue has been marked with highest priority. Our backend team should already been looking into it. Let me send a note to the person who is looking into it if we can get any update on this.
However, you should be able to get it work using www.jotform.com domain. Please see if you can able to access the domain after disabling any anti-virus software installed on your PC or using a different network.
Let us know if that helps. Thanks!

The issue has recently been fixed. From now on, form designer is reachable from www.jotform.com.
Please let us know if you have questions.
