Before I go ahead and make a form, I was wondering how your results are emailed. I know when I previously used Adobe FormsCentral, I would receive an email that the responses would print out on a single page. I need a single sheet printout for filing purposes and paper conservation.

Hello leahm1283,
Please be noted that when your form is submitted, you will receive a submission email which will include all the responses. It is also possible to edit your notification email template to change the look of the submission email. Please check the screenshot below on how to edit the email template:
There are other alternatives to get your submission data in a PDF file as well which you can print. You will have to edit your notification email alert as displayed above and add {pdf-link} tag. When you receive the submission email, it will have a clickable link. Clicking on this link will download the submission data in PDF which you can print. Please check the screenshot below on how to add {pdf-link}:
It is also possible to get the submission data printed in actual form itself. You may like to check the following guide which should help you; http://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-print-a-form-exactly-as-it-is-when-viewed-but-with-the-user-entered-data
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!
