How do I add someone as an additional user - Have bought additional licenses

You can choose to share just the editing rights of your forms, just the submission viewing rights, or both. You can also choose which forms you wish to share, and with which users.

Your sub-account users do not need to purchase additional subscriptions, if they are using forms that are under your Economy account. You can have up to 10 sub accounts to your Economy plan.

Keep in mind that any forms that your sub-accounts create under their own account would have its submissions counted towards their subscription limits, which is 100 regular submissions for free plans. So they should make sure that they are using forms of your main, Economy account.
