Refund request

    I have downgraded my account to free but my account is still being charged a monthly fee.  Please refund the monthly fee that was charged and update your systems to reflect that my account has been downgraded.

    I have fully cancelled your subscription and added your request to our PayPal refund queue.  PayPal refunds must be processed manually and may take 5-7 business days to process.  This also set your account back to Free.

    Keep in mind that this did put you over the file storage limit for a Free account.  If you would like to keep your forms active, I would recommend deleting some of your submissions that have files attached.
