Can we delete data to stay with the free option?

    We received this email. Can we stay with the free service if we delete stored data, or are we required to update at this time.

    You are not required to upgrade, you can simply delete your submissions with uploaded files to clear some of your available space.

    Please note that you can't delete just the uploaded files without deleting the entire submission in which that file was uploaded/submitted. Similarly, deleting a submission will always delete all the files that were uploaded within that submission.

    For this reason, we highly recommend that you please export your submission data first, so that you do not lose your valuable data.

    For the future, you can also integrate your forms with DropBox or Google Drive, so that copies of uploaded files are safely stored on your DropBox or Google Drive automatically. The files will only be sent from the time that the integration was set up, so setting it up now will not forward the files that have already been submitted.
