Is it possible to have two different emails sent after a form is submitted?

I would like to have a student be able to complete an application for a seminar that requires a teacher recommendation.

At the end of the student submission, the student should get a Thank You email with a copy of their submitted data. (this is the easy part)

The teacher (who's email would be provided by the student in their form) should get a copy of the student submitted data, but also an extra paragraph and link to a new form for the teacher to write about the student. I don't want students to be able to see this paragraph or link.

I see how to have multiple people receive the same email, but not how to add a condition.

    In my limited understanding, I view it as <student email address> gets [E-mail A]. <teacher email address> gets [E-mail B].

    Is this possible?

If this is possible, can the teacher form be pre-populated with the student name and email so we keep the two tied together and the teacher is sure who they are recommending?

    Thanks!

    Hi Jim,

Yes you can send a different email to teacher with an extra paragraph.

You can just follow the instructions on the Auto Responder page at http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

    Hope this will help.
