Up until my newest form, Shabbat Luncheon v2, when a payment was made, the e-mail would contain all of the info I specified in my e-mail setup, PLUS Payer Info that comes from PayPal. That info would look like this:
==Payer Info== First Name Jacob Last Name Savir jacob.savir@ChangedByMe.com
Name Jacob Savir Street 11 hidden by me road City HiddenByMe too State NY Zip 10541 Country United States
This morning I received a confirmation E-mail and it did NOT have the Payer Info, though I DO have the payment confirmation from PayPal.
Any idea what could be wrong?
If it's of any help, you should know that the only difference between this form and those I've used in the past, is that the PayPal Amount uses the "Get Amount From" function (where it gets the amount from another form on the field) in your PayPal wizard.

I answered my own question:
Stupid User strikes again...
The E-mail I designed, did not include the PayPal total amount.
It contained the field that FEEDS the PayPal amount.
Sorry for any confusion.
