Account payment information request

    Hello,

     

    I dont understand whats happening Paypal Account shows we have been

    charged already. And I need to change our payment information.

    Can someone help me understand what the current status is.

    You most recent subscription payment was on June 27th.  It also looks like you cancelled your subscription successfully through PayPal this morning.  You had an active subscription for quite some time and it is charged on a monthly basis.  If you need to update PayPal payment information, this can be done in your PayPal account.  Since your subscription has been cancelled, you can update your payment information, then upgrade once again when your current subscription runs out.

    You can upgrade to your desired plan after the active one has run out and during the payment select the credit card option instead of Paypal
