FDF response issue with Acrobat Reader

Unable to locate the form, because the FDF lacks an /F key. If the FDF  came back as a result of a submit from a PDF form, then the URL is  probably missing "#FDF" at the end

After investigation seems that this error is related to version of Adobe Acrobat Reader you are using.

I tested your form with Adobe Acrobat Reader version 11.0.11 and I successfully submitted form. I recommend you to try to update your version of Adobe Acrobat or contact Adobe support to see if they are more familiar with this kind of problem.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Yes we were able to Download the form and submit it using adobe acrobat but the issue seems to happen when the pdf is opened using a web application(IE,Firefox,Chrome).

According to Adobe support materials, most non-Adobe PDF viewers (Apple Preview, Google Chrome PDF viewer, etc) do not fully implement the complete PDF form specification.

We would like to suggest using Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader or other professional software to submit fillable PDFs.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
