    Not all fields have their data sent to Google Spreadsheet

    I have successfully integrated my form submissions to a google spreadsheet. The problem is that some of my responses are not showing up in the google sheet, specifically the matrix drop downs. I have confirmed that they are being filled out and are being recorded on the form submissions on jotform.

    Could you please tell us what is the form that you are having this issue with? That will allow us to see and analyze what is going on and help you resolve the issue.

    I have tested with a cloned copy of the mentioned form and the matrix data is saved on the spreadsheet.

    Kindly try re-integrating with google spreadsheet then test to see if the issue is resolved.
