I had about ten (10 ) forms on your site that I had created.  I have not been to the site in about four months, but they are all gone.  Did you'll delete them or what.  If you did, is there anyway that I can put the html code back in at your site that will reconstruct the forms.  I had a ton of time in them and I do not have the time to go back in and redo all of them.  What did you do with the forms?  I need to know ASAP!!!!

    AVR

    American Voter Revolution

    Aida Rojas

It was under two of these four names, please advise!

I don't have a screen shot to upload.

There is avr account, but it does not seem to be connected to you - seems to be of someone else.

There is also billgbarbee account (from which you have contacted us) as well as aidarojas account but there is no "American Voter Revolution" or the same without the spaces.

Now Bill, if you can give us the link to one of the forms, we would be happy to check them out for you and let you know under which account they are.

Please do note that unless the forms are breaking our terms of use, we do not remove them. If they are against our terms of use, but do not seem to have been made as such intentionally, we do send an email in regards to it and give you a chance to fix the issue.

If you did not get such email from us, and did not break out terms of use it would mean that we did not have any reason to delete your jotforms.

In regards to the link you have given to us above, I did check it, but it had taken me to a 404 page - page not found.

I guess that there is some other page that we could check out with the jotform, of if you have a link to the jotform itself (direct link) that would work even better.

I just though of another way to look for it and found a possible match.

    avrevolution

This account has a lot of forms that might be yours, so if you think that this is your account, do go to the login page http://www.jotform.com/login/ and use the forgot password feature to reset the password of that account.

If you type the username, the email will be sent to the email address associated with that account, so all you should check is if it was delivered to some of your email accounts.

I can only say that it is a gmail account.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Ben,

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out.  I can get to them with the avrevolution

and I found the password.  I am getting old (nearly 65) and I am electronically challenged to say the least!  I sure did not want to have to try and re-do them because it would take me a month (well maybe not quite that long).  Anyway, again I appreciate your help and I would say maybe someday I could help you out, but you would probably be better off without it as far as this kind of stuff goes.  You are a good man and I hope you have a wonderful, safe and fun 4th of July holiday.

    Kindest regards,

    Bill Barbee
