I can not attach my stripe account?

I keep getting stuck and it wont let me attach my stripe account?  Is this because I have a free account?  

It should be possible to use stripe even if you are on a free account.

I tried it here using test mode and it seems working fine.

May I suggest to clear your browser's cache first then try to connect again using the stripe button.
