Please try it again. I have removed your email in the bounce list. It ended in the bounce list due to spamming reason. It should be working fine by now.
To avoid this from occurring again, please add Jotform to your whitelist. Here's a guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
Or try switching your sender email to email@example.com instead of using custom free email address.
