The status just says 'working' and it never seems to create a PDF?

As I wasn't sure which form seems to have had this problem for you, I have cloned both of your forms into my account. After testing both of them, I can confirm that the Create PDF doesn't seem to be working correctly today - it just spins at Working.
This may just be a temporary server issue, our server for processing PDF files may just be overloaded at this time. However, I have forwarded this thread to our developers, so that they can check and see if there is any issue at play here that they can fix.
We will let you know through this thread if we have any relevant news. Thank you.

Hey Andrew, our Developers just released a fix for this as of a few minutes ago.
I tested this and it's working on our end again as it should after a couple minutes of testing since we wanted to be sure about it first.
Can you please try and use the create pdf form option on your end again and let us know if it is working for you now?
