How do we actually send out a form once its ready to go?

You can share your form in different ways.

You can check our "Embed Form" options in the form builder.

You can share your form's URL or direct link by copy and pasting it to a chat box, forum, email, etc..., your users then can view it on their own browser and fill it out, click the submit button and the data will be transferred to your account.

If you have a website, you can use our embed codes to display the form there. Here's a quick guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page.
