I would like to be able for a user to enter their name in a Text field and then make visible a Radio list that has their entered name within the options:

    Enter your name: Paul

Select the message you would like:

O  HANDS OFF! - Only for use by Chef Paul

O  Paul the King of the Barbecue

O  Paul you were born to BBQ!

    Can you help?

Original thread title: Can I dynamically create a set of Radio buttons using User input within "boilerplate" text?

Using the "Update Form Field Value" condition, you can use the value entered in 1 field to another. Please refer to this guide:
However, it is not possible to use the value entered in a text box field into the Radio button options.

Please check this demo form that I've created:

I created 3 fields for message 1-3 so that once the user entered his name, the message 1-3 fields will be updated with a text together with the entered name. After that, I created a radio button so the user can choose what message he/she prefers.

These are the conditions I've used:

I would recommend you cloning the form if you want to know how I created the conditions and the structure. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
