    Form not sending to recipient

    Hi Support

     

    Hoping you can assist. Thanks firstly for the great free forms! They are superb.

    I have had this issue before and thought it was resolved, but I have a form that is not sending to the recipient. The form is on a website and is an inquiry. I receive a copy of the form as the creator of the form, but the company to whom the form should go is not receiving the forms at all.

     

    The form name is Omniclean Contact Form. Apparently it arrives on your servers but does not forward to the recipient.

     

    The form needs to go to admin@omniclean.co.za but it never reaches them.

    Hi,

    I checked our logs and the notifications are indeed failing.  Since your notifications are currently set to be sent from your address to your address, make sure you SMTP settings are correct:

    If you do not need for your notifications to be sent from your address, I would recommend changing the send email address for your notification to "noreply@jotform.com".  This will send your notifications from our service and should allow them to come through properly.
